The production of moulds for the packaging sector requires multi-cavity equipment that has very short cycle times and that provides very high productions.
Tecnostampi is able to produce high quality moulds with thin and extremely precise thickness.

Our company deals with the production of injection moulds for one-component or two-component packaging. These moulds require a mechanism that works correctly and continuously and that is of high aesthetic quality.

The items obtained from multi-cavity moulds for packaging are bottle caps with or without IMC (in-mould closing), dispensers, yoghurt pots.

Tecnostampi carries out the mould samplings internally. Plastic parts are measured with an optical machine. Then we immediately proceed with the optimizations as per drawing standards.
