Tecnostampi produces injection moulds for the largest European and international multinationals of the medical and pharmaceutical sector.

The medical sector requires moulds that produce articles with the following plastics: PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, SAN, PC, PETG.
These articles are trays for ampoules, medical products for blood treatment and dialysis.
Tecnostampi has gained a long experience in all official product validation processes:
• the first sampling with related mechanical and filling tests at Tecnostampi (F.O.T)
• the approval for sampling in the presence of the customer at Tecnostampi (F.A.T validation)
• the start of production at the customer’s production site (S.A.T validation)

Tecnostampi and its technicians also provides customer support at the various European production sites.
